How much does shipping cost at Satimos? 
We currently offer all Satimos customers free worldwide shipping on all orders!

How long does shipping take?
All domestic orders should arrive within 3–9 working days. 
Individual items may take up to 21 working days to arrive due to high demand or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, severe weather, and so on).

International deliveries usually arrive after 5–15 working days. 

How do I track my order?
You will find a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Click on this number, and you will be taken directly to the tracking number.

Where can I find the tracking number?
You will receive a personal tracking number with your order confirmation. (Under the button View Order.) From here, you can go directly to the tracking number.

The live data will be available no later than 2–3 days after the order has been placed. If you have not received a tracking number three days after placing your order, simply contact our support team at support@satimo.com.

I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
Contact us via the contact form or by email at support@satimo.com with your full name and postal address. We will then send you the consignment number again.

How can I change my order?
If you want to make changes to your order at a later date, you can do so within 12 hours of placing your order.
